This is one of my favorite Korean places in town. The food is great, portions are large, it is relatively inexpensive and the service is pretty fast.
I was in Fort Hood area after 10 years and used trip advisor to find a closer Korean place. During my seven years of living here I drove past it hundreds of times. Nothing to look at from outside. Inside it has about 10 tables in an impeccable clean dining room. The ladies were extremely pleasant and full of smiles. You can see them cooking your food on the spot. I got the Kimchi soup and of course Yakimandoo. Delicious. Highly recommend this place.
Food prepared to order and worth the wait. Yaki mandu is crispy outside and scrumptious inside. The japchae with chicken is hands down worth the stop!! Mom had the combination plate - yaki mandu, bulgogi and fried rice while brother had the fried squid. Large portions, enough to sample all!!
Ate at the Korean Kitchen tonight. Had the grilled beef ribs with all the kim chi and accouterments. Beef delicious, but a bit of fat here and there. No beer or wine, only sodas. Food very good and a great value. Tab was about $19.00 for the soda and the beef ribs.
