Description: ...The opposite of a quiet, intimate sushi bar, the Blue Fish is enormous, loud, stylish and good. Where else can you find a signature roll called El Cubano ($9.50)? It's spicy pork, jalapeno, cilantro, Jalapeno pepper and carrots, with a sweet and spicy sauce. What's most refreshing here is that the menu is all Japanese -- no Thai food to confuse the palate. And to be honest, sushi purists will find plenty to keep them interested. Live specials such as Spanish mackarel, Sea Urchin, Live Hottate(scallop), Black Bass, mirugai (giant clam) and much more.Order the Ahi Tower to see just how well the kitchen can plate. It's tuna tartar and sesame oil over snow crab and avocado salad on a bed of wasabi infused rice. It's almost tragic to watch the server destroy this architectural marvel table-side to make it easier to eat. The "cake" portion of spicy tuna on crispy rice cakes in uzu and garlic sauce. It's delicious...

Decided on Blue Fish for our anniversary. It was our first time here. We ordered the calamari and Kobe potstickers for starters and both were very good. Then we ordered a lobster roll - well worth the $25 and a tuna roll. Both were excellent. Some of the freshest sushi I've had. When I made the reservation I noted it was our anniversary but it was not acknowledged. We will go back!!

Typical sushi. Spicy mayo was way too mayo like for me. Service was good and quick. Servers were very nice. Too expensive for the quality.

Delicious tuna sashimi salad. Actually memorable! Excellent service. Atmosphere somewhat techno but setting appropriate for fish restaurant. Could be difficult to find because address is on highway and restaurant not visible. In shopping center.

This has to be one of the best Sushi restaurants in Dallas. The fish is always fresh and the rolls are always pristine. The service is nice and the staff is very knowledgeable. The ahi tuna tower is arguably the best thing on the menu you will not regret ordering this dish.

Great sushi and atmosphere
All types of rolls and sashimi options. The service was good and wait staff very attentive, suggest trying the Rainforest roll.
