We stayed at Trigfan for 4 nights in August. The village is beautiful and friendly and well placed for lots of activities. The cottage is clean and well equipped. The wood burner in the living room is a treat after a day's walking up Cadair Idris. We really enjoyed our stay in Corris and would recommend the cottage to family and friends.
The cottage was very clean, well furnished and is in a great location for accessing Snowdonia Park walks and the nearby seaside. There are lots of attractions to keep a family busy. The village is small and friendly, with a cafe a few doors away that serve excellent food and boast friendly owners.
Really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

I spent a week at Trigfan with the intention of walking in the area, or if the weather was bad cosying up with a blanket and a good book. I got the opportunity to do both!
The walking from the cottage itself is beautiful and in 5 to 15 mins drive you have Cader Idris and valleys galore with breathtaking scenery (you can see some of my walking in the area on Facebook - Emma's West Wales Walk).
The cottage is clean & comfortable and had everything I needed & more. I was left milk, wine & welshcakes on arrival. There is no washing machine, but for a week that didn't bother me. It was lovely & warm & the addition of the wood burning stove made it really cosy in the evenings. Corris is a lovely village with a great pub, wonderful cafe/deli & friendly, welcoming people.
