This hotel would be almost perfect if the remodeling was complete. It is at no fault of the hotel that hurricane Harvey made a mess. The restaurants are closed at this time. They did offer a happy hour with free adult beverages in the evenings and free continental breakfast in the mornings.

We love this Omni!!! It’s our home away from home. We always enjoy the pool and fitness center. We understand they are under construction due to the hurricane and they still treated us with 100% great customer service.

From the front door to the front desk you are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly voice. Always someone to assist if you need, love it ! hotel is great love this place so much, made it our Corporate Hotel of Choice

Currently most of the facility is out of order. The hotel lost power more than 5 times in one night, the price for the room should be lower given the poor state the hotel is in. I would love to go back to the hotel once everything is fixed until then I would only recommend it for the sleep nothing else.

Taking into consideration the damage that was done by hurricane Harvey if we set that aside there are still some things with this hotel that in my opinion for an Omni lacked the expected quality. The room did not feel like an Omni to me the fabric shower curtain’s, the dimly lit room, and some of the lighting fixtures that were either pieced together or not working at all. The customer service was wonderful and the location was great. The breakfast that they supplied due to the rooms are being shut down could have been a little better. For instants the omelettes were literally eggs and cheese nothing else. Hopefully after they finish the required construction to get back on their feet they will consider updating some of the rooms to the quality that we are accustomed to when staying at the Omni.
