This Days Inn property provides good value for the money. As you can see in the pictures, this is a single room with a bathroom. The room was clean and free of pests. When reading the following, keep in mind I paid less than $60 for the room, and the comments are within this context.

Room amenities:
- The king-size bed was comfortable (albeit a little hard) and the pillows were a little too soft
- Work desk with a light and coffee maker
- Faux-leather chair with some stains, so I didn't sit on it
- Good working steam iron and ironing table
- The small closet did the job, however, there were not enough hangers (I needed 6-7, but there were only 5)
- Plenty of drawers (although I didn't use them)
- The bathroom was functional. I liked both the flooring and wall tiles, which were recently done and surprisingly modern.
- The Wifi Internet was not good. In fact it was barely acceptable. The problem is the large number of hotspots the hotel provides, all of which effectively fight with each other for air-space. This makes connecting (to the hotspots) difficult. Connectivity early in the morning (i.e. before 7:00am) was acceptable, although VOIP was out of the question. This is the one aspect I really wish they improved.

Breakfast was included. It was simple but effective:
- Waffles from a mix (which I poured in a waffle-iron)
- Two types of cereal
- 2% milk (no Skim)
- Raisin bread (a little dry)
- Bananas (usually too ripe)
- Egg "omelettes" (at least that's what they looked like)
- VERY good coffee machine (impressive actually)
- Remember, I paid less than $60 per night, so breakfast was actually just a bonus!

Notes:
- This hotel is about value not amenities Get your business done and move on with life.
- Don't expect the latest decor
- I didn't get new soap and shampoo daily (their little packets were plenty anyway)
- The door opens to the outside of the hotel (and not a corridor). This might be a safety issue for some women.
- The hotel is close to highway 290, so a little noisy.

Overall, I am glad I stayed and believe I really received my money's worth! Well done folks :)

Decent, low-end motel. Clean rooms, decent beds, working appliances and fixtures, good wifi, nice staff, reasonable price and location. We will stay here again.
