This is a fun place for the whole family. Bring swimsuits and food/drinks! Make sure you check before you come. One time the park was closed because the water was flooded. Otherwise we had a blast!

We were disappointed and thought we missed something when we took a tour. It didn't take more than a few minutes to travel around the park by car or see the dinosaur footprints. My grandsons were disappointed there wasn't more to do. We may have had a better time if it hadn't been so hot and we could have walked around more. May have to give them another try when the weather is better.

This state park is wonderful. Very easy to get around and loads of picnic benches. Be sure to stop in the main park office and see replica of the prints and read all about it. There is also a 7 min video you can watch.

The main prints are down a set of steep stairs on a river bank- with no hand rails. But you can sit on benches at the top and enjoy the view.

It is a fun dinosaur park, you can learn a lot, I mean I learn about dinosaurs I haven't heard of in my lifetime lol... It is super fun for the kids and the dino loving fans. They have also a playground for the kids and picnic area. Nice place to visit. Could not make it to the state park, but hopefully going back there soon.

This place has mile walk/hike to see life size dinosaurs on a paved floor. They also have a exhibit museum with life size robotic dinosaurs and a park for kids to play. They provide a fossil dig and a gem digging experience!!! This place is for the family. We had fun my boys enjoyed the entire experience!!! The also had shopping and lots of souvenirs available to us!!! This place is cool I recommend you go here if you jus want to take your mind of things!!!

This is run by the TDPW and a small entry fee. We were given a map where we could find the tracks. Found very few.

4 children -12 and younger really loved the fossil dig. The park is nice and exhibits interesting and kept everyone entertained.

Would definitely go again.

We decided to detour our way home to pass by here from Dallas back to San Antonio. Unfortunately we arrived around 6 or so so it was the warmest time of the day and with the sun going down and an additional 4 hours left in our travel home we couldn't explore as much as we would have liked. The designated spots of tracks are a great way to begin an enjoyable exploration to find more.

We like coming back here. Less crowded than previous trips and we were smart enough to come earlier in the day. We did more trails and exploring. If you want to wade in the river be sure to wear a a swimsuit or something that dries fast. The most on the rocks are slippery. Walking stick would have been smart but we forgot ours. Great trip. We will be back!

I went on a Saturday afternoon in August and it was hot! Be prepared for that and this park doesn't have a ton of areas with shade. Walking around looking for dinosaur tracks was a great time and with the river being so low we created our own little hike down the river to different sites (you can drive to each if you want)
