Description: The toast of the Texas coast. How can frozen fish be called fresh? The answer for anyone with snap is simple: it can’t. That’s why Gaido’s is the classic choice for fresh Gulf seafood. Patrons know Gaido’s is real, when others are clearly not. From red snapper and blue crab to white tablecloths crumbed with panache, there’s no denying Gaido’s is one-of-a-kind in a world of imitation. Now, after four generations of filleting, frying, grilling and baking, Gaido’s has grown into the picture perfect place of traditions– birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, reunions. As the largest fresh fish house on the coast, Gaido’s can serve up to 2,500 happy diners a day. -– for over 100 years – is truly the coastal classic.

This wA fantastic. Luis, our server, was tip top. Attentive, charming, he'll do well in life! Drinks were good, especially the Godiva martini. My husband had the stuffed shrimp which was great and I enjoyed the pesto fettuccini. The key lime cheese cake was absolutely spectacular. Make reservations. Big huge lot across the street to park.

Oysters were fantastic. Our server Evan did an excellent job guiding us through the menu and his recommendations. Everyone loved their meals.

Glad we made it a point to stop here. Richard was great. Great food and tried some new things since we were on the gulf and why not! Would highly recommend.

This was our first indoor dining in over a year! People were good about mask-wearing and at the time we went, it was not crowded. It was really nice to have a fine-dining experience after over a year. We really enjoyed our seafood, coffee and dessert.

We visited Gaido’s on our family vacation. The food was amazing but our server, Richard, really made our experience enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!
