We recently had the opportunity to visit a few places in Texas. One of our favorite places to stay was the PeachTree Inn & Suites. Our accomodations were very nice, roomy, quiet, facing a lush yard bordered by trees. It was truly beautiful. We also had a wonderful bottle of Peach wine waiting for us on the table upon our arrival. The bed was quite comfortable. There was a full size refrigerator in the kitchen along with cooking utensils for longer visits. We would certainly stay here again and recommend others to visit as well. An extra bonus was all the delicious pastries waiting in the office along with morning coffee.

We were in Fredericksburg for a couple of days in September to visit the top-notch National Museum of the Pacific War, which takes a full two days to visit properly.

The Peach Tree Inn & Suites came to us highly recommended and it did not disappoint: for a very reasonable rate, we had a "King Suite" that was actually one-half of a duplex located behind the main property. It featured a nice kitchen and full-sized parlor with flat-screen television.

The duplex is near the creek and faces a large lawn area with barbeques and picnic tables.

The suite came with a complimentary bottle of wine and two bottles of water.

The suite was immaculate and nicely furnished. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was included although we decided to prepare our own in the suite.

Parking is adjacent to the duplex and is free. The Museum and Main Street, the primary attractions in Fredericksburg, are a short walk of a couple of blocks.

Book early: we were told that this great property fills quickly.

Room tip: The suite duplexes behind the main facility are great - very quiet and peaceful.

My husband, two small boys, and large dog decided to take a quick trip into Fredericksburg to hike Enchanted Rock. The Peach Tree Inn was the perfect spot for us all. The suite was clean and had all the things we needed and nothing that we didn't. A wonderful surprise was the complimentary bottle of wine that was waiting for us when we checked in. The staff were both friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to hike or enjoy some delicious wine.

My husband and I stayed at the Peach Tree Inn during Oktoberfest. The location was perfect - 2 blocks from Main Street. The room was clean, bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was updated and very clean and we were greeted with waters and a bottle of wine. We had our own covered parking next to our room. I will still give it a 5 star but a couple of things - the TV only faces the sofa and not the bed (I like going to bed and watching TV) and they never cleaned our room on Saturday - would have liked fresh towels and by the time we got home it was too late to say anything. It wasn’t that huge of a deal, but had to mention it. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip.
