This was a great museum for like 5/6 year olds and above. Not as interactive as we would hope for our younger son. Lots of great dinosaur bone casts and a super interactive tech room sponsored by T.I.

Interesting displays and hands on exhibits which really appeals to the child within us. Lots to be read though. some exhibits made easier for children. great learning experience for some. M£d movie "Into space" disappointing as was the into Space exhibition. Again very suitable for children.

My boyfriend and I had never been to the Perot Museum, so we had an afternoon date to the museum. We had a very enjoyable day, learning about things we hadn't thought about since middle school science class. It was fun to see the dinosaurs and watch weather patterns develop. If you have kids, there are lots of hands-on activities for them to enjoy.

This place is very uneven and really doesn’t warrant the admission fee. Our son is nine and usually has a blast at science museums, but because the Perot is lacking in interactive exhibits, we found much of it to be really dull. In many places items are just stuck to the wall with placards giving scant information about what you’re seeing. We did like 3-D space film and also the robots and engineering floor because it was more ‘hands on’ and he got to drive robotic vehicles and play musical instruments.

This is one of the most fun and educational science museums I have ever attended. You can't possibly see and do it all in one day. And they have special exhibits to keep you coming back. Nice dining options on site as well.
