If you want to be comfortable in a home type of environment with some of the best service in the state, look no more. This place is it!
My husband and I try to stay here everytime we come to Dallas and they are always so accommodating. I think they could train some other hotel staff and be a model for the division.

This was a typical (aka really good) Homewood hotel, but it had an exceptional free breakfast with real crockery and real silverware. Excellent choice and quality of food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel.

The room was very clean. The decor is very casual,very tidy, maybe a little dated. I had never stayed at a Homewood before and was not aware of the evening social or the complimentary breakfast. Both are a nice touch. While I didn't need anything, each staff member spoke smiled and offered to assist

I needed back surgery and had accompanied my daughter in April for her surgery. So impressed with the hotel and their help ( especially LeeRoy) that I knew I would stay here for my surgery. The hotel and staff were excellent in getting me to the hospital, appointments, the pharmacy, etc. They went above and beyond to be helpful and LeeRoy prepared us so well in what otherwise was horrifying, but made us calm through the whole stay!

Like most Homewood Suites, we had a two room suite with a kitchen in the living room. There was a breakfast served daily, and something to eat in the evening, but I wouldn't call it dinner. It was more like soup and appetizer or salad. The bathroom and bedroom were excellent with ample drawer space, a safe, a hair dryer and a flat screen TV. The mattress was good. The living room-dining area-kitchen also had a flat screen TV, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, and utensils and glassware. Our laptop went on the dining table. I also used the fitness center, which was limited to a treadmill. The bike was not working.
Don't expect a view. Rooms on one side look at another hotel in an adjacent lot, and the view the other way isn't much better. I liked being on the first floor so that we never had to use an elevator.
Traffic on Stemmons Freeway (I-35E) was terrible most of the time. After the first day, I learned to go over to Harry Hines Blvd, and take it into downtown. Much faster and less nerve wracking.
