Lots of goodies to choose from. Kolaches are wonderful. Kids enjoyed the sausage filled ones. I liked the cream cheese one. Lots of drink choices as well. Worth the stop on the way to Houston.

We were passing through Chappell Hill and stopped in for lunch. Me and the hubby both had the sliced brisket with potato salad and coleslaw. It was really good! We have been here before and have had the ribs and sliced brisket sandwiches and they were also very good. We have also had kolaches and other baked goods from the bakery, yummy! We will definitely return again, when we are in the area!

This food is served cafeteria style on a single plate where you order a meat (ribs, brisket, sausage or chicken) and two or three sides. My wife likes the ribs which are moist and the meat falls off the bone. I really like the 1/2 chicken which is moist and has a great flavor. They have many side choices and all of them seem to have an excellent flavor. I especially liked the jalapeño mac and cheese. The serving are large and the prices are reasonable.

Went to Chappell Hill to buy sausage at the factory...nothing fresher...found this venue and stopped in for lunch...loved it...Had the Brisket...moist, smokey and very flavorful. The next table was having the ribs, I asked how they were...reply: Oh My God! Best ever. Whoa! Great break in driving the 290, clean, good food and the bakery/Deli are really nice. Staff was friendly and attentive to our order (walk up)...Do yourself a favor and stop by....I don't think you'll regret it.
