Berry Springs Lodge was our first experience staying in a BB setting. We loved every aspect of it! From the welcoming greeting, absolutely delicious homemade breakfasts, delicious evening desserts, beautifully decorated rooms, and oh, that incredible view from your private balcony! It is evident that Patrick and Sue take pride in ownership of their lodge. Melissa was a smiling and welcoming face! Berry Springs Lodge will be our "go-to" home away from home in Sevierville!

Room Tip: Make sure you select a room with a private balcony and view!

We've been going to the Berry Springs Lodge at least once a year for over 15 years. It is always a peaceful and relaxing weekend. Patrick and Sue are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts are amazing as are the evening snacks. Patrick knows that we like to hang out by the fireplace with our books in the evenings and always has a fire going for us when we return from dinner. What more in the way of service can you ask?

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with exceptional views of the mountains. The lodge is located just minutes from Dollywood, restaurants, shows and outlet shopping. Gatlinburg and the national park are close by as well. The perfect place for a weekend getaway!

This was just what we needed after a stressful month! We happened to find this gem on Groupon. To say that it’s beautiful does it no justice. The owners Patrick and his family, should write a guide on how to run a successful bed an breakfast. The sweetest part of this was the history and how they built it on their own from the ground! They had a vision and created a masterpiece. The lodge is beautiful, cozy, the architecture is stupendous. The breakfast they provide each day is served in several courses and the dishes were delicious. The presentation and the service were outstanding. The room we stayed in was comfortable, has a beautiful bathroom, a fireplace and a hot tub/jacuzzi out on the deck of our room. We enjoyed this jacuzzi under a gorgeous starry night. Each night a fresh baked dessert was prepared and left in the dining room. There are lots of snacks and beverages provided 24 hours in the dining room as well. There are many board games and an extensive collection of DVDs downstairs to choose from. On the grounds there is a trail that leads to their land below which has a great barn with a pool table and other fun stuff. There’s a man made beach down there too and a few hammocks to lounge on. It’s very close to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. We were so happy and relaxed. This is a beautiful place with stunning views and a great model for what a bed and breakfast should be.

I don't know what else I can say. It was amazing here. Whether or not you are considering a B&B, you should consider Berry Springs. You look at GPS and it seems like it's so far away from where you'd want to be in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, but it's really a nice, quick car ride. In one day we walked around Gatlinburg, had lunch at the far edge of Pigeon Forge, relaxed at Berry Springs for the early afternoon, back to Gatlinburg and walked around and then dinner somewhere else.

Beautifully secluded but only a 10-20 minute drive to wherever you could possibly want to be. The pictures of the rooms don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are very large and everything is very well kept.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. The attention to detail in accommodations was amazing. It seemed like they thought of everything we would need or want: hundreds of movies, tons of games, outdoor hiking and games, fireplace, robes, turndown service with chocolate on the pillows. The place sits atop a hill overlooking rolling hills and valleys. It is literally five minutes from Dollywood, 10 min from Pidgeon Forge, and 25 min from Gatlinburg. I hope we can return soon.
