We were on the top floor with a balcony and we could see a long way.
It is on a hill. We loved watching the clouds change in the sky.
The hotel was being updated and we found it to be very nice. I am sure it is
even better by now. Our room was large and we liked the extra room and sink.

Room tip: top floor for best view

I am so happy to hear you enjoyed the room and the view! I truly believe they are one of a kind for the area and our property is a hidden gem. Thank you so much for your kind words in regards to your room. We are an all suites property so our rooms offer all of our guests a little more room to stretch. I hope you can find your way back so you can personally see all the updates we've made!

We had a nice long weekend over New Years Eve with family and stayed at this hotel. It was nice, for the price paid. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if needing a budget stay. Cons - had inconsistent hot water and very little water pressure in shower, the faucet wasn’t attached to the wall all the way in the shower as well. The walls between rooms seemed thin as we heard our neighbors quite easily when we were quiet. Not too bad though.

We are glad you found our property to be a good value. However, all I see is opportunity for us to improve in your later statements. I certainly apologize for the inconsistency you had during your stay. We have since been deeply involved in the renovation process and a lot of the issues you had have since been rectified. We hope you can make your way back out and provide us another opportunity to leave a better impression on you and your family. Thank you for staying with us!

I wanted to take my mother for her first trip to the mountains and we decided to go Thanksgiving weekend. There wasn't anything to complain about and we will perfectly satisfied with our stay. This place is the best spot to me in all of Pigeon Forge because it sits atop a hill and has access to anywhere you need to go it is pretty much a centralized location. I'm surprised at the local fire department didn't make them move so they could pick this spot because you totally can go anywhere you want from this point and it doesn't take long to get there LOL. The whole staff was pleasant front desk and housekeeping any very special thank you to Richard and Jennifer for their helpfulness. There's plenty of parking all around the hotel. They also have a very good full breakfast in the morning you will smell the deliciousness as soon as you step off of the elevator. You can stand on the balcony on the mountain side and look straight across to the island on one side and if you look to the other side you can see the back of the Hollywood Wax Museum. We will definitely return to this place we like it alot.

They claim it was recently updated. Maybe the Lobby and the entrance. Rooms are average. Condition of the sofa was poor as it has a large rip in the cushions. Beds were very good. Bathroom had two sinks which was useful.

The hotel is located near restaurants and area attractions. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Pigeon Forge area! There was a slight problem with the type of room we requested, but Mr. Richard took care of us.
