I wanted to take my mother for her first trip to the mountains and we decided to go Thanksgiving weekend. There wasn't anything to complain about and we will perfectly satisfied with our stay. This place is the best spot to me in all of Pigeon Forge because it sits atop a hill and has access to anywhere you need to go it is pretty much a centralized location. I'm surprised at the local fire department didn't make them move so they could pick this spot because you totally can go anywhere you want from this point and it doesn't take long to get there LOL. The whole staff was pleasant front desk and housekeeping any very special thank you to Richard and Jennifer for their helpfulness. There's plenty of parking all around the hotel. They also have a very good full breakfast in the morning you will smell the deliciousness as soon as you step off of the elevator. You can stand on the balcony on the mountain side and look straight across to the island on one side and if you look to the other side you can see the back of the Hollywood Wax Museum. We will definitely return to this place we like it alot.

They claim it was recently updated. Maybe the Lobby and the entrance. Rooms are average. Condition of the sofa was poor as it has a large rip in the cushions. Beds were very good. Bathroom had two sinks which was useful.

The hotel is located near restaurants and area attractions. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Pigeon Forge area! There was a slight problem with the type of room we requested, but Mr. Richard took care of us.

Glad we only stayed one night. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. U can hear every footstep, shower, sink, voice, etc. all day and night. In addition they are doing some work outside the building so we heard beep. Beep. Beep. from the equipment all day.
The room was clean and the people were friendly. The wifi might as well not been available. Breakfast was the best thing about our stay. The beds were very comfortable.

I am a Choice Hotel member and have away's had good experience. I booked thru Choice Hotel before checking with Trip Adviser, my mistake. This place should shut down until it is totally remodeled. 30 years ago it was a 5 star hotel.
