Took a small group of High School students for a youth group retreat. We loved the cabin. It was beautiful, with amazing views. The game room downstairs was perfect, and we had plenty of space upstairs to eat and hang out. We loved everything about our stay!
We stayed at Panoramic Paradise what an amazing cabin. No complaints except the high was 28 degrees. Ober tubing and moonshine tasting in Gatlinburg was awesome. We were limited on adventures due to the cold weather.
Annually, a group of friends from all over the Midwest meet in TN for Halloween weekend. This year we stayed at Panoramic Paradise. This cabin did not disappoint! Making 14 or more people happy annually with a cabin I pick can be tricky. Everyone was more than satisfied with the space, the views, the TVs (football season), cleanliness, the comfy beds, great bathrooms (with a great water heater!!), the games in the basement, and the kitchen space. We enjoy family style dinners, the kitchen table was perfect to fit our needs! All the kitchen supplies were provided for us to assist with the family meals we cooked! Waking up to the mountain views with coffee was more than enough to please me every morning!
The owner, Mindy, was more than attentive to any needs and her response time was awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better person to rent from. Panoramic Paradise was an amazing place to rent and an even better place to make memories! I will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future!
The view from any part of the balcony or window is nothing less than spectacular. Amenities are just as described. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with an extra 1/2 bath accessible from the living room. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of cookware, glassware, and utensils provided, as well as a grill on the deck. The cabin has been updated since pictures, but all for the better. Owner is very responsive should an issue arise. We had issues with the dishwasher during our stay, but it was replaced on our second to last day and owner offered a refund of $100 for the inconvenience. There is an "owners closet" that guests are supposed to stay out of, but we were unaware of that and utilized extra towels that were stored there. I suggest this be added into the otherwise very informative emailed instructions sent out by the owner prior to check-in as to avoid confusion for future guests. Despite personally washing towels prior to our departure, the cleaning service reported to the owner, with pictures, that the towels were dingy and not bright white like they were when we arrived, resulting in an extra cleaning charge. The owner, however, only "charged me" for 2 hours of extra labor and simply kept the aforementioned $100. I suggest bringing your own towels and not washing those provided as to avoid this situation for yourself. Driveway is also extremely steep. We saw several chipmunks and wild turkeys during our stay. Dining table is very large and can accommodate at least 10 people. The cabin is maybe 20 minutes to the heart of Pigeon Forge, where you can visit the various museums and attractions, including "The Island" with the big Ferris Wheel, ropes course, and Arcade, as well as Mellow Mushroom and Dick's Last Resort. Gatlinburg is not far past, maybe an additional 20-30 minute drive. (for Gatlinburg, I suggest utilizing the free parking at Sugarland Winery) The game room in the cabin is great if you have kids and teenagers. There is a counter top with sink and refrigerator in there to utilize. The bunk bed room and one master are both on that floor and the hot tub is on the deck. It's obvious the pride and time the owners have spent on this place. We will more than likely be returning again on our next vacation to the Smokies.
