If you are looking for some great views and a relaxing enjoyable ride then look no further. Short of flying around in a plane or helicopter you will not get better views of Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains in the distance.

We bought the day/night pass. Day staff was rude and unorganized. Had issues with ticket. Did what they told us to do and then they completely forgot about is. The night staff was a nightmare. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, NO MASKS REQUIRED.
