“Fantastic Location, Great Accomodations, Great Service”

The apartment at 555 Church St. is a 2 minute walk to all of the action on Broadway St.! The apartment was very nice with the 2 bedrooms and even nicer was 2 master baths. Both the Stay Alfred staff and the property staff were extremely accommodating and nice as could be. I definitely plan to use Stay Alfred for future travels.

Would you recommend this hotel to a friend?   Yes.

“Great location!”

This condo is very basic but met most of our needs. The pictures made it look nicer than it actually was. The kitchen/suite set up was ideal for us as was the location. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, there was no light in the bedroom closet and no hairdryer, as advertised.

Would you recommend this hotel to a friend?   Yes.

“Great layout and location, but disappointed overall”

Great location, roomy and functional space, but definitely some cleanliness and maintenance issues. Sink in one bathroom had a very slow drain, practically un-useable. All baseboards were filthy. No dishwasher detergent, which made us question if the dishes in cabinets had even been properly washed? Weird smell in apartment and throughout building. And pull out sofa bed was completely worn out and broken down...It literally needed to be hauled to the dump. Really too bad about all this, because the apartment had a great layout, and the location was ideal for those who like the downtown vibe. We also loved the big rec room on the main floor. But it was just way overpriced, considering all the issues mentioned, which were all reported. There was no offer to credit or compensate us in any way, so we definitely will not be using Stay Alfred again. ☹️

“Bed Bugs...need I say more”

Ugh! If you plan to stay here, be sure to check for bed bugs. Yep, I looked at the mattress the first night we stayed, didnt see any bed bugs. The next day, we found one on the headboard. Turns out, there were nests of them on the back of the padded headboard. So disgusting. I have pictures, but can't stand to look at them
In addition, and as mentioned in previous comments, the place was filthy. The floors were dirty, sticky, hair everywhere, dryer lint on the floor next to the wall, pull out couch was disgusting. Whoever Stay Alfred is paying to clean, is slacking, big-time. Very dissatisfied with the room.
