Siam Cuisine
White Bridge Road

The starter course is chicken soup. Delicious consommé with vegetables and chicken.
Entree comes out quickly and piping hot. Rice is plain white vs. my homemade Pad Thai Chicken Curry which is made w/ Jasmine.
The fried spring rolls are handmade, with a honey flavored dipping sauce. Not greasy, just a hot bite of goodness. They exceed the usual Robert Orr Sysco store bought egg rolls served at other restaurants.
Kang Ped (Red Curry) is nearly perfect. Sweet Basil's in Brentwood is a clear favorite, where even vegetables are all hand chopped.
However, when near Charlotte Ave, try "Siam Cuisine". It will soon be your favorite stop.
Everything on the menu from Fried Rice, Pad Him Ma Parn (Cashew Nut) to Crab Cakes are wonderful. The sauces are different for each choice. I have tried over 10 different entrees. So, take a chance and choose a new dish each time. You will not be disappointed with any selection.
Yes, many bulk food preparatory items are purchased from e.i Robert Orr Sysco, such as carrots and other vegetable etc. , however this makes quick ease of preparation.
The red dot menu items indicate the diner can choose mild, medium, hot or Thai level heat. The "Hot" is just right, not too spicy and never feel a burn. I could even go up a level.
In fact, the food is so good, if no one was looking, I would take the plate / bowl to the bathroom and have a private licking of the last little bit.
Whether chicken, beef, scallops, fish, the food is all tender and perfectly served from very, very conscientious waiters.
The coconut ice cream is a perfect complement to end the meal.
Hats off to the chef(s).
Fresh flowers are on the table. Contemporary music plays through the sound system, vs. the typical Asia musack.
Pass on Thai Phooket in Goodlettsville. It's dated, dingy decor and overly garlic dog-food like dishes, made me run for the Alka-Seltzer, toothbrush and mouthwash.
I am well filled through may hours after eating vs high carb Chinese food leaving me flat and hungry in a few hours.

Going to the Sounds game. Got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes started to rain and decided to go out to eat instead. Drove down Charlotte and the same old new retro miss mash. Then I remembered Siam on White bridge rd. Had the best crusted Red Snapper with a delightful mild red curry sauce. Excellent. My girl had chicken in a peanut sauce which was also good. Service was excellent. Nice little wine and beer list. I feel this is one of the best Thai places Nashville. Next time your looking for thai give them a try.

What an unsuspecting little place. Located right down the street from our hotel, Holiday In Express, it was the perfect spot for lunch. I had the Pasta Kee Mow and it was delicious. There were however only two shrimp in the dish. The egg rolls were very small since they didn't have much filling, that part was disappointing. The service was great. So overall it is a great little lunch place for the price.

when the kids ask to go back to siam cuisine, then you know it is good. We have been going there for more than 15 years and it is still good.

Sometimes service is a little slow but worth the wait. Excellent tom yum soup and good vegetarian dishes. I usually get spicy vegetables or the eggplant. They use a lot of bamboo pieces so order without if you don't care for bamboo. They have spicy condiments on table to add if you need more. I order medium and that is plenty spicy for me. Hot is very hot or maybe it depends on who is cooking that night. Overall very fresh and delicious. This is my to go to place for local Thai. I'm always searching.
