Hi Jason - Thank you for sharing your feedback! It's wonderful to hear that you had a great experience at the Grand Hyatt Nashville.
Very beautiful hotel with a rooftop bar. Very nice spa area as well. Truly one of a kind in the heart of Nashville. Walking distance down to Broadway and all surrounding attractions. Would definitely book again!
Thank you so much for the kind review! We are so pleased you appreciated our dining options, location and spa. Looking forward to hosting you again soon!
Nice, clean hotel. Rooms were a good size and bathrooms were very nice. Pool was beautiful. Looking forward to visiting again once the pool bar opens. Lobby bar wasn’t great. Most staff was helpful and friendly. Close to downtown and the Gulch. Would stay there again.
Hi Stacey - Thank you for sharing your review! We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our location, guestrooms and pool. Our poolside bar and restaurant, Solstice, opens for the season this Memorial Day Weekend. We hope you'll join us soon!
Great place to stay. close enough to everything but far enough to not be in the middle of the crazy. Keep in mind this hotel is also used for parties so we did have the pool and bars shut down at times for private events. Great place besides this.
Hi Nancy - Thank you so much for sharing your kind feedback! Hope you stay with us again soon.
This was a really terrible experience for a supposed 4 star hotel. While the property is beautiful everything else was beyond subpar. First of all when we got there we were sent up 2 times to the wrong room number ( the front desk person actually wrote the incorrect room number on the key.
It didn’t get any better as while masks aren’t required they still refuse to clean the rooms.
The Continental restaurant isn’t even open, they don’t serve food or alcohol at the pool, every single thing you ask them is pretty much a no and while Tesia the assistant manager was lovely and tried to send a bottle of sparking wine to make up for things the attitude of most of the staff was rude and the love saying no over and over it seems to any reasonable request.
The service was insanely slow at the rooftop bar the tall young female bartender was especially rude and this was such a disappointing experience.
Furthermore it’s not an inexpensive option even though for what you receive it should be.
I do not recommend staying here.

The check-in process was painless. We booked a corner suite and it was fabulous. The bathroom was very large and well appointed. The bedroom was very quiet and secluded. Large 65" TV served the bedroom. The living area was very large with a dining area and huge sitting area with a 75" TV. The entire room was glass walled with very nice views.
Thank you for sharing your rave review! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed our amenities, guestrooms and views. Hope you stay with us again soon!
