What a refreshing experience....pristine setting. Many trail options. Tons of unique birds to watch....turtles sunning.....deer roaming.... trails from an easy 2 miles, to a more challenging 4 mike trek. Lots of free parking.

I visited this park twice. It was excellent. I got a lot of great wildlife photos, wood ducks, blue heron, barred owls , wild turkeys and also spotted a bald eagle. I highly recommend this park. Nice walk around the lake.

My sister hikes through Radnor Lake State Park and wanted to share the park experience with me. We went on a beautiful weekend day in the spring. It was BUSY! The line of cars trying to get into the park was very long, so we parked a few blocks away and just walked in.

The trails are well-maintained. If you have a dog, you are not supposed to walk on the unpaved trail. Most people stuck to this rule but we did see some people who thought that the rule did not apply to them.

We walked around the lake--it took us about 40 minutes. The views are excellent and the park is clean. Another bonus is that there is a rest center, so if you need a restroom or just want some more info on the park, you can stop in.

Beautiful place to hike. It is a natural reserve, so no picnics are allowed on the trails, but there are nearby places to picnic.

went on a weekday after a friend told us about the lovely walk along scenic Radnor lake...took both easy and moderate walks total 3.2 miles. V refreshing, beautiful scenery, safe, fragile ecosystem so they have boards which disallow jogging in main places. felt safe with many ppl on all kinds of walks
