We stayed in unit 506 with another couple. It’s a split layout with a bathroom in one bedroom and the common bathroom across from the other bedroom. There is a full kitchen, well stocked, a laundry closet and large walk in closets in both bedrooms. Since we were on the top floor and our unit was in the back of the building, we had no noise problems. Our friends stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor and had some noise from above.
The unit is located in a great area with plenty to do, about a mile from the honkey tonks on Broadway. We walked or took an Uber to different neighborhoods, and it was easy getting around. There is a “Whole Foods” type market called the Turnip Truck just up the road.
I was extremely impressed with the Stay Alfred customer service, I called 3 or 4 times for various questions and they were very helpful.
Some suggestions to add to the unit that would have made it even nicer: curtains or blackout shades in the bedrooms, a blue tooth speaker or stereo system that a phone can be hooked up to, a shower caddy for products and soap, a full length mirror, and more
information about the building (where the gym, lounge and rooftop is) and surrounding area (recommendations for things to do).
Overall i highly recommend and will stay again on our next Nashville trip!
Great location. Communication before arrival had a few hick ups but beyond that - the place was great. Location was fantastic. Good layout. ALOT of light comes through the barely their shades in the morning so if you like it dark ... bring blackout eye covers. Walls are thin and you can hear the freeway but truly outside of that ... a great place for a getaway weekend. (Recommendation for the owners shower ... you have no place to put your soap - shampoo / conditioner ... you might want to consider adding a caddy.
This place was extremely clean. You couldn't pick a better location. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance and downtown Broadway is minutes away. My biggest problem was the window coverings (if you can call them that). They did not block any light and I'm pretty sure at night people could see right in as we were on the street side. If you stay here request a room in the back as the street was quite noisy all night.
