Room was very dirty under bed hadn't been vaccumed you had run the hot water for at least 15 minutes before it started to get hot besides the fridge there was a beer top lid from another customer playground had broken wood on seats

Great little motel in the heart of yea. Very clean rooms and large in size to be able to have portcot and bike in room. Staff have great knowledge of town and help with place to eat.
Serve hot breakfast to your room and was so good.. yum :)

Nice little motel right in the main street of Yea. This motel is not new but the accommodation is comfortable and spotlessly clean. We got there quite late and the host had to get out of bed (I think) but still very helpful and welcoming.
God Wi-Fi and easy parking right outside the unit. Not much road noise. We would stay there again.
Room tip: Away from the road if you can.

Room was large, spotlessly clean with a comfortable couch as well. The TV and the shower space were a bit small, but everything worked, the water was hot and the bed comfortable. The location, right in the Main Street, put us within easy reach of hotels and good restaurants. A highlight was the comprehensive compendium. One could go on a tour of the district from the couch; it certainly tempted one to stay in Yea for an extra day or two.

The motel is quite old, but spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable and there is a couch, and two chairs so one doesn't have to sit on the bed. The location is perfect for shopping or accessing the coffee shops and restaurants.

The location is great, being in the main street of Yea and within walking distance to several nice eating locations plus the local supermarket and post office. The rooms are large and the bed was fine. The room has been retro fitted with an effective and quiet wall heater but the air-conditioning unit is still the old box type and the decor is very 1980s. It was clean and comfortable and quiet and very reasonably priced however. Basic but value for money.
Room tip: Rooms towards the rear would have less road noise.
