Fusion Japanese - top-notch produce, beautifully prepared and served creatively. Sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth perfect. Sushi and tempura were both excellent. The menu is innovative, featuring nori crisps (with tuna/kingfish topping) and agedashi tofu (light and silky in a fine, crisp green crust). To top off a memorable meal, I had the 'dragon egg' for dessert (white chocolate encasing lemony cream and fruit) plus warm miso caramel to pour over the top. Fabulous indulgence!
Service was prompt, helpful and friendly.
We will definitely go again, especially as we can now pay with Qantas points.
Parking was easy: the restaurant is under the Intercontinental Hotel and Wilsons had a reasonable fixed price for the evening.
