Please stay away from this place, Don't get fooled by the fact that Leonie and John appear to be nice people. They offer rubbish and keep on demanding for your credit card details and will take all the money they think they can get of you. When checking out they will keep your credit card slip and will refuse to check your room, leaving you open to multiple unfair charges. The furniture, they must have picked that up with council clean up and the sheets were dirty and stained. a leak above the bed when raining is an other thing.

The place smelt very badly of stale urine. The kettle was unclean. It also concerned me that i informed them of the issue and they disregarded my concerns. Would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I stay there again. Only thing going for this place was location, security and the layout of the apartment. The free wifi was inaccessible and the office was never open.

My family- 2 adults and a teenager stayed for 5 nights in a deluxe studio apartment . Luckily we had a balcony to spread out a bit. We could of done with a big fridge , not the bar fridge though. The sofa bed (according to my daughter) was uncomfortable but our queen sized bed was lovely. The air conditioner worked constantly and wasn't too noisy. We were over looking Short St and the traffic noise was minimal. The facilities were clean but there were a few cockroaches which usually does happen in coastal areas. We stayed during the Christmas period and the cost was reasonable in comparison. Shame that the pool isn't bigger but the ocean is right there

Room Tip: Book a car space as Manly has limited unpaid spaces

APARTMENT : This apartment is located in a secure block with swipe key entry to foyer and lifts. Myself and two teenage daughters stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment was clean and modern, with a really comfy queen bed and a good single sofa bed. Squashy with the sofa bed set out but that was at night only. Nice bathroom and full kitchen. There is a balcony which overlooks the walkway below and directly at the carpark opposite.
LOCATION : Perfect, walking distance to beach, ferry, hundreds of restaurants and cafes, buses and scenic walks.
VALUE : Amazing. Check out the price of the local backpackers and you'll see what I mean!
OVERALL : Terrific value for money, location and comfort. BUT there could be noise from the walkway below in Summer and busy times. We will definitely return.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 217 which was away from the lift

We stayed in a studio apartment (508) and found it to be very comfortable. It had a fully equipped, very clean kitchen with a large fridge and all facilities needed. The bathroom was clean and a good size. Never ran out of hot water. The lounge area was comfortable and adequate however was looking a little tired. It didn't detract from the overall excellent position in Manly. The staff (John) was very welcoming and informative. For the price per night ($100), including secure parking, this was an excellent choice for the budget traveller.

Room Tip: Speak to Manager.
