“Beautiful”
Reviewed 4 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Enjoyed staying at The Old Kiln, such a lovely setting with plenty of wildlife. Everything you could wish for, fluffy towels, snuggly throws and underfloor heating. Sue & Malcolm greeted us and were very helpful, she makes crackin' jam too. Would love to return one day.

“A cosy rural retreat”
Reviewed 20 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

The Old Kiln was a fantastic getaway from a hectic life in the city. Everything was well thought out and the essentials were kindly provided. A special effort was made for valentines day which made the place feel welcoming and homely. A truly remarkable getaway and surrounded by fantastic countryside. We would recommend going to Devil's Bridge for a waterfall walk. We will be back!!

Lovely rural location, quiet but full of interest and well situation for access to many parts of mid Wales. The Old Kiln is an interesting building in itself but in addition it has been sensitively converted and well and tastefully equipped as a holiday cottage for two. Add to this country walks from the door and helpful and friendly owners and what more could you want.

we stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed our little bit of heaven. The cottage was beautiful, fully equipped, warm and welcoming. Waking up to the sound of the stream was so relaxing. We loved this place, didn't want to come home and will definitely be booking this again!
