“February in the Irish sea......Bring it on!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 February 2012

In the depths of the English Winter for many people the last thing you would think of is jumping in the Irish sea! But that's where our miserable, cloudy and rainy February half term, took us! With wet suits on the water was fantastic and not as cold as you would think! The instructor was crazy, enthusiastic and very supportive! They supplied all the kit all we had to do is turn up!!! We even had the company of a seal as we were jumping of the cliffs in the blue lagoon! We would completely recommend this to anyone at any time of the year, it not as cold as you think!

“Great fun and not cold!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 February 2012

We had a really great day with Cleo. It was a frosty day and we were worried about being cold, but the equipment supplied kept us toasty and warm. We were in the water for about 3 hours - climbing, floating, and jumping in from various heights - Cleo tailored it for what we felt comfortable doing - Brilliant. Really fun day, beautiful coastline, very reasonable cost.

Cleo the instructor made this experience just amazing!!!...we had a fantastic day, totally exhilarating and fun and most of all we felt safe and well cared for. We were worried about doing this in December , but the bigger the waves the better...it was fab...highly recommend any time of the year!

“Amazing experience - definitely recommend it!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 January 2012

To be honest i wasn't looking forward to this when we arrived at the beach: It was freezing out, i was tired and the sea looked mental!! I was half hoping it would be called off but as soon as we were kitted up and in the water i was glad we'd made the effort. The kit they give you near enough covers your whole body (all except some of your face) which means you don't feel the cold. Coasteering is a sort of combination of swimming, rock-climbing (nothing too high) and jumping off stuff! The bunch at Celtic Quest had waterproof cameras too so we went away with some pretty cool photos and videos. The location, an old slate mine on the coastline, is spectacular and not something you usually see, let alone from among the rocks and waves. I recommend this to anyone who wants a really memorable experience.

“Brilliant fun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 January 2012

Three of us went on a cold and miserable day in December and it was brilliant.
Once you're in the water you don't really feel the cold and it was just a fantastic experience.
The guides knew what they were doing and Cleo took some great pictures.
My girlfriend wasn't too keen before we got going but she loved it.
The scenery was amazing, it was great fun and I'd recommend this to anyone.
