Had a good week walking miles on the coast path. Great to walk in both directions from the cottage. lovely beaches for dog runs. Cottage was cosy and we enjoyed the log burner and comfy bed!
Stayed at Heatherlea for a short last minute break, Tuesday to Thursday.
It was our second stay there and won’t be our last.
Lovely well maintained cottage in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants and a handy shop for any supplies that you may need.
The cottage is on the owners premises but you feel very secluded. Laura is however always on hand if you need any help with anything.
Such a lovely place to stay. Can’t wait to return.
We stayed at Heatherlea for three nights and we were really impressed with the cottage. It was warm and cosy during the evenings of typical British weather. There was a footpath to the beach which made it less than ten minutes walk to a lovely area to walk and eat. The bed was comfortable and the owner had left milk, bread and eggs so we could brew up on arrival, again very much appreciated. The cottage was also very clean and well equipped. Would definitely book again and recommend.
Stayed at the cottage for two nights due to attending a wedding in the area. The cottage was perfect for what we needed. We were welcomed by the friendly Laura. The cottage was lovely, tidy and had everything we needed. Was an easy walk into Trearddur Bay, and set in a very quiet location. Thank you very much for a great stay.
Had the most wonderful two days at Heatherlea, it’s truly a beautiful little cottage .We wanted a couple of days away to recharge Our batteries , we couldn’t of asked for anywhere more ideal . So relaxing and peaceful the cottage is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean , Laura had left us a welcome pack of eggs milk bread and butter tea coffee and sugar very must appreciated , situated in walking distance to the beaches and local amenities. We can’t recommend Heatherlea enough and we will most certainly be paying another visit soon , thank you Laura and family for making our little break away perfect . Oh and of course “ bailey “ the dog
