Nice accommodation but a bit over priced for the amenities.
The property was misrepresented as having wifi. There was no wifi signal in the Wigtown cottage at any point in our stay on any of our four devices. The owners later admitted that wifi was on their 'to do' list, which didn't help us when we had paid extra for what we thought was premium accommodation. In this era, unfortunate as it may be, sometimes guests do not have the luxury of being able to totally isolate themselves from their business whilst away. For the premium we paid, we would have expected wifi as advertised, instead of having to use a local Internet cafe and almost drowning in cups of tea to not overstay our welcome! Nice accommodation, but don't stay here if you need wifi!
