We stayed at Ben Reoch Cottage while in Tarbet for a climbing holiday and we were thoroughly impressed with everything the cottage had to offer. All areas were spotlessly clean and there was even some shortbread and a bottle of wine to welcome us on our arrival!
We were delighted to have an ensuite to the main bedroom - we had previously stayed at one of the neighbouring cottages which didn't have an ensuite and it was a lovely luxury not to have to share a bathroom with our boys!
We had a friend over for dinner during our stay and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve the meal-really can't fault it at all. Loved this cottage so much we booked in for next year straight away!
Beautiful cottage in amazing surroundings. Well furnished, Exceptionally clean with very well equipped kitchen with everything you need, home from home. Bedrooms very comfortable. Decked area to the back of the cottage is great to chill out or BBQ, very peaceful and relaxing. Amazing scenery and beautiful walks right on the doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Fab holiday. Would definitely recommend...
A great stay in a wonderful location. Five of us stayed in this lovely house, located very near to Loch Lomond. The train station with its links to Fort William, Glasgow and London was in the same road. We found two restaurants within an easy walk. The house was comfortable and well equipped and very peaceful at night. Would recommend this place.
A very comfortable and cosy cottage in a very peaceful and beautiful setting. It is ideal for walking, climbing and exploring Loch Lomond and Loch Long. Cottage is very well equipped, home from home, making it a perfect place for families.
Stayed here with my son, his fiancée and her parents from the Sunday to departure on the Friday, looking at possible wedding venues.. We had THE best week. The cottage is immaculate, very comfortable and very cosy, and in fact, we had to keep turning the heating down low as it was just so warm. The house has great insulation. Great shower and lovely quiet rooms. The restaurant nearby, approx 2 mins walk from the front door (Slanj) is ideal for a bit of pub grub and a glass ... owned by Tom and his lovely black lab Dawson ... both very welcoming when we arrived. We had a great week and would certainly recommend this lovely cottage (Ben Reoch) highly. Thanks you. . Jan x
