Great room, service, food, cleanliness and the staff were very helpful. But a fire alarm & evacuation @00:45 does tend to take the edge off one's enthusiasm. No money-back 'good night's sleep' guarantee offered either.

Stayed from the end of August to start of September for 6 nights. I’ve family in Scotland and absolutely love it. Really enjoyed our stay only let down was the beds weren’t very comfortable. Didn’t have much of a good nights sleep at all. Otherwise, amazing hotel. Very handy info Bathgate, Livingston and Falkirk which we’re all places I was planning to travel to. Two staff members I do want to name in particular, blonde lady with glasses working at the front desk was so helpful and the ginger fella that worked night shift was great crack. I’m not too sure on their names but they were really helpful. Will stay again :-)

first impression was that this is MUCH better than the Livingston Premier Inn, which seems tired and grotty by comparison.
reception area features a weird "check in robot" with a touch screen. We were half way through entering all the details when a very pleasant employee arrived on the scene and helped us.
Room spotlessly clean. We were in room 11 which was a bit too near the front door for my liking. Cigarette smokers were observed congregating at the front door.
The room was modern but I was pleased to see Premier Inns have retained their signature "Toilets which take 15 minutes to re- fill after flushing", I have never really understood this.
Biggest difference here is the breakfast area. The breakfasts are served in a very bright, modern and well designed area which is strangely reminiscent of a canteen on an oil rig. But the breakfast was really good, and much better than having to walk to the 'Carvery" next door or whatever.
10/10, this might be the best Premier Inn I've stayed in

Room Tip: try to avoid rooms near the front door.
