1 review Well appointed cottage - good location for accessing walking opportunities on Skye and the mainland. Great views across the Kyle, and can watch fishing boats at the nearby jetty. Kyleakin Castle 10 mins walk away. Co-op in Kyle is 5 mins by car and stays open until 11 if you've forgotten anything. Wood-burning stove was very easy to light and efficient. Quiet and peaceful. Internet access was godsend for some last minute work. Thanks.

Moyle Cottage is a lovely cottage with really everything one could need. It's in a very quite spot in Kyleakin and one can enjoy wonderful views of Kyleakin Harbour and Kyle of Lochalsh, which is very easy to reach (train, supermarkets), even by bike.
The owner is very nice, and the next time we want to stay in the Kyle of Lochalsh/Skye area, we'll definitely try & rent Moyle Cottage again.

Very welcoming homely and clean .ideal location friendly local people , beautiful setting , ideal if using public transport.or booking local tour company .

Absolutely lovely, great location probably the best in the village. Extremely well equipped with good quality products. Warm and toasty, wood supplied as well. The only down side was the lack of hot water for a family of 3 adults and 1child even constantly boosting the booster switch was nowhere near enough for us to bath and have showers. But we will stay there again it was lovely.
1 review The description is understated.An ideal place to explore Skye from or just relax.This is our second stay at Moyle Cottage and will return next year.We had all weathers (snow,sun,warm,cold) during our stay,even all on the same day.A stay here is a "must".
