The food is amazing!

Being a pair of foodies we were unsure whether the reviews for this establishment were exaggerated due to there not being any other fish and chip shops near by, but we were very pleasantly surprised.

The chips were double cooked to perfection and the fish was very fresh and delicious.

As usual the Waterfront has great fish and chips. In the morning they have great filled rolls and tea/coffee. Well worth trying.

Dont know what oil they use but taste terrible. Long queues of unsuspecting customers. Dont have a card reader, cash only. Staff rude. To be avoided. Food straight in the full bin. they do cakes, tea etc during the day, don't know if any good.

We had huge haddock and plenty of chips for about £6 each. Bigger portions than you get in Portree. Place is cash only so make sure you take enough! Used to have vinegar bottles on the counter but now you get fiddly vinegar sachets that are tricky to open. Also more unnessary packaging than a bottle of vinegar!
Views over the bay across the road are fab.
