Family of 7 plus gran ate here recently. It's a nice small menu but definitely freshly cooked food. Good kids menu and an awesome Monte Christo sandwich that is to die for.
We waited 5 minutes for a table sat on comfy sofas and the staff were really attentive, offering a high chair for baby even before we had ask.
Definitely the place for lunch when in Stornoway, with nice wide windows you get views of the castle whilst dining.
After lunch make sure you visit the Lewis Loom centre just down the road. It's a treasure trove, built in 1795. It's like a step back in time and well worth it.
