We stopped off for tea when walking the Great Glen Way. We couldn't buy any lottery as we were walking but we were still served pleasantly and every car taken to provide us with what we wanted. There was a choice of inside or outside and we chose the latter. The seating is a bit quietly but does the job. Definitely worth a stop

The owners were really welcoming when we came off the hill, rather tired, hungry and thirsty. I had deliciously moist home made ginger bread, and my partner had equally deliciously moist home made whisky fruit cake. The pottery-ware is lovely. The potter didn't have the shape of bowl we wanted with the glaze we wanted, so she has agreed to do a special batch for us! Very happy.

The cafe is small and whimsical. The staff are super friendly and nothing was too much. The gingerbread cake was really moist and the large slice kept me going for most of the day. I am already planning my next visit. They made my coffee to taste. This is a true gem of a place.

Followed a sign for a pottery out of curiosity. After a fairly long and winding but picturesque drive we found the clay works. We were met by a very pleasant young man and spent a few minutes choosing our purchases. Well worth the pot holes!
