“Great holiday home on the edge of Aberfeldy, lots of room for 4”

Easy to arrange through trip advisor, prompt responses from Fran the owner and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Our half term break in October was in fairly mild weather and this house very easy to settle into with great central heating for the cooler evenings. We had more than enough room for the four of us and really enjoyed our visit. (The bedrooms have ample room for six - all though that might be a bit tight for dining - I guess the table may extend). Dog walking was available from across the road, beautiful along the Tay river. I would book here again.

Management Response

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you and your family enjoyed your stay in October when the Autumn colours were so spectacular this year.
The dining room table table does extend and if 6 guests are booked in it is usually extended and ready.
I hope you can visit us again sometime.

Easy to book with Freda through Tripadvisor. We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting the enchanted Forrest in nearby Pitlochry. The accommodation is in a great location for all the local attractions and is very comfortable. We used the local putting green, panned for gold at Dull, walked the burks of Aberfeldy, went swimming at the nearby 25m pool, visited the Fortingall Yew, visited Dewars Aberfeldy distillery and visited the Scottish Crannog Centre as well as doing some sight seeing around Loch Tay and the local area which was beautiful at this time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely home”

Really enjoyed our stay at 3 The Beeches. Well located for lots of things. Well equipped everything you would want is provided.
Thing worth doing Castle Menzies and a visit to Pitlochry. We were lucky enough to be here for the start of the aberfeldy show which was great fun.

Can't recommend highly enough.

“A perfect house for a relaxed, family break with great access to facilities.”
Reviewed 7 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We had a wonderful week here with our 3 children aged 9,7 and 3. Aberfeldy is a nice little town 10 minutes walk away with nice restaurants, a great children's play park and a beautiful forest walk to the waterfall. Surrounding scenery gorgeous and loads of activities nearby. The house is clean, cosy and extremely well equipped. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
