Just spent an overnight at this lovely B&B when meeting with family for an annual get together. We were met by the owner who was so friendly and cheerful. The house is lovely and set in large grounds with beautiful gardens and a little lake with swans and ducks. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious with lovely views across the water. A large choice of breakfast food was on offer including fresh fruit, cereals, croissants and a full cooked Scottish breakfast, more than we could eat. A selection of teas, coffee and cakes were also available to all guests all afternoon. I can highly recommend this venue.

Beautifully situated on the Isle of Arran, this B&B is an excellent base for walks and trips on the Island. The host makes you feel at home from the first moment you walk in. Tea, coffee and cake as a welcome! Beautiful room with bathroom ensuite. Wifi available. The continental breakfast is OK and a full Scottish breakfast will be prepared on request. An excellent restaurant near the small harbour at about a 10 minutes walk, the Black Grouse, is a good place for a dinner. And do not forget to take a walk through the garden of the B&B. For those who like to visit Arran, this B&B is highly recommended. We will go back there on our next trip to Arran!

Can only concur with all previous reviews.
The McNichol family look after their guests thoughtfully and with care. You are not confined to your room with a comfy guest lounge and lovely garden.
Very comfortable and amazing location. Great for bird watching, without having to go further than the garden!
Would love to go back and we recommend it.

Room Tip: Staying longer we wanted more room, the family room although it did not have a view was great, ( views just outside door!)
