Didn't start well when there was no key and they wouldn't pick up the phone for an hour so we didn't get access until 1.5 hours after we were supposed to. The place was freezing when we entered and they didn't appear to know how to work the boiler. We eventually got the boiler to work but it took hours for the underfloor heating to kick in so my elderly parents and young kids went to bed fully clothed that night. Didn't help that when I called and asked for additional heaters I was told they couldn't drop any off as they had 'had a drink' but I could travel to collect them! The place did heat up overnight and all was good afterwards but the initial service left a sour taste. Not great customer service by any stretch of the imagination. It's a lovely house in a nice part of the world but if you book just hope nothing goes wrong!
