While on Holiday in Dorset my family and I had dinner at The Anchor! When we arrived we were asked if we had a booking which we did not but this did not create a problem and we were quickly seated! Bar tender was very friendly with my son as we got drinks as the table was prepared for us!
The food took a little longer then expected to be ready/delivered but did not disappoint when it arrived! 2 of us had the sirloin steak which was good. Mine was well done and slightly tough but overall tasty! My husband had the scallops which he enjoyed and I tried (my first time eating scallops) and agreed they were nice! Staff were all friendly and service was great. Really great atmosphere! Was a little disappointed there was no changing table in the toilets to change the baby on and had to change her in the car. An expensive restaurant but a nice treat on our last night on holiday before headed home.
