Once served, my food was fine but my partner's pasta sauce was really cold in parts, like it had been left out for ages. After a wait, we then got the bill, they tried to charge us the full price, not the one stated in the offer. So we then had to wait for someone else (maybe the manager) to get involved and sort out the correct bill. They also wanted to see the tourist ad again as they weren't aware of it. Pizza Express Management - if you are going to run these offers in the press, please do brief the branches.
