Estelle as always gave us a great welcome along with a fruit pie and cream. All home prepared.
Our room was light and airy, beautifully decorated and accessorised. The ensuite was very clean with fresh towels each day. She also provided shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and soap. All replaced when used.
Her range of breakfasts are excellent, from fruit and pancakes to cereal or a full Irish. If you have special dietary needs she can provide for most needs. Nothing is toouch trouble. She had plenty of leaflets and also good local knowledge. We are already thinking of our next stay

We loved our stay in Glin. The room was lovely decorated and equipped with everything one needs.
The breakfast was absolutely great.
Our host was an excellent host, helping you with everything you need (tips for sightseeing, restaurants,...)
Thank you very much! We'd love to come again.

A fantastic place to stop with a lovely hostess. Cup of tea and some pie and cream on arrival which we had looking at a lovely garden. Breakfast was just as good. Ideal for the ferry and following advice from Estelle we took for our journey onwards. There is a great Chinese down the road and Foynes is only a few miles away.

If you are traveling on your own in Ireland and need a home base - I highly suggest this B&B. Its in the quiet town of Glin that overlooks the River Shannon. The town has a few restaurants, a real castle, and castle ruins. It's located across the Shannon river form the airport. We drove there after a overnight flight and immediately slept. Estelle was the best hostess we encountered on our trip. She has a beautiful garden and common area sunroom to enjoy. p.s. this app limited my pick of travel time. We were there in July 2012.
