This hotel is new to the Jackson area and is very nice. The lobby is attractive and welcoming. The rooms were good but could have been great if they were layed out differently. The architect apparently liked things on an angle and the rooms were designed accordingly. The bathroom was small and two people could not be in there at the same time. The hot tub and pool were excellent and we enjoyed having it to ourselves for the 6 days we were there. They serve a great hot breakfast every morning: eggs, sausage, waffles, hash browns, biscuits, cereal, fresh fruit, and on and on. The area where breakfast is served is comfortable and relaxing. No rush here. Take your time and enjoy your meal. On Monday night they offered hors doeuvres in the lobby around 6:00pm - Swedish meatballs and cocktail franks. Nice touch. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Comfort Suites if you're visiting Jackson. It's a little pricey but we've stayed in numerous hotels in Jackson and have to say this one is worth the extra money.
