Room was clean and worth the money. Staff was friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. Bed was comfortable and the room also had refrigerator and microwave. Would recommend staying here again when in west TN.

Working in Trenton, Tn April 1st, 2nd & 3rd.. got here Friday afternoon and got a room at this dump. Yes they had flat screen tv, fridge, microwave and hair dryer in room. But... it was a non smoking room, smelled like a cigarette, had burn marks on the 1980s vanity/sink (i travel EVERY WEEKEND for work $65 a night reimbursement budget, anything over that I do not gee t back, i don't care if it's old as long as it's clean ). Could see splattered unidentifiable substances on walls,( tried to not look too hard) Paid $49 for this dirty dump, didn't sleep a bit. Went to Jackson got econolodge for $54 a night plus tax (AAA rate) so worth the drive !

I was very surprise when I drove to this motel. The room was very clean and the owner I assume was very helpful. Nice size room with Flat screen and also a microwave and refrigerator in room ! The only reason I didn't give a excellent is because the reservation online option on the website did not go through. Will be using again in a few months.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Came with all the amenities, microwave, refrigerator, large flat screen TV, coffee, iron/ironing board. The motel, inside and outside, looks like it had been recently refurbished.

The only things keeping it from 5 stars was the cable TV's lack of Turner Movie Classics. Also, they did not honor the price on the sign. But the $49 rate was still reasonable.

Room tip: It's located on US 45W at the southern entrance to Fruitland, TN. Heading out of Humboldt, the road is called Central Av . but morphs into Trenton Highway once out into the country.
