Gentry's farm is a great place to take kids each fall. Despite some other reviews here, adults will find interesting things as well (including some local history), but this is obviously a kids/family attraction. To complain that is is not for adults is unfair and just shows you didn't do your homework.
My kids love the hayride (and we saw a calf born that morning on this year's trip), though it should be noted that there is no actual hay and the corn mazes and activity areas. You don't need more than and hour and a half probably (though your kids might want to play all day). Make sure you stop by the smaller barn (with the license plates) and talk to Jimmy Gentry. He's got tons of stories.
