Checked in late and were in our room within 15 minutes of arriving. Facilities were clean and we stayed on the concierge level which was very quiet. We checked out but walked to a restaurant for lunch and we were able to leave our car in the Marriott parking til we were done. The only issue we had was the indoor pool area was not kept tidy and when my son and husband went down Sunday morning the pile of dirty towels was very tall and there were a plethora of used towels around the area. The latter speaks more of the quality of person using the facilities who don’t feel it necessary to put the used towels where they belong. Overall a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the Marriott during our Sept 2017 conference as a group rate. The room type was at advertised - king bed. I was disappointed somewhat in the room, in the sense that there were no fridge or microwaves. The bathrooms were so small that only one person could be in there at one time. The bathroom door was a fraction of an inch in opening against the toilet. I did not care for the hand towels/face cloths against my body leaning over the sink. The beds/pillows were comfortable, but the noise level was the highest I have experienced in a hotel in a long time. Not sure if it was higher having an adjacent room with a door between or if it was just the walls. But I could hear the voices and hair dyers going each morning before my desired time of getting up. The breakfast buffet was okay, but would have liked more "healthy-foods" offered. Though the Table South Kitchen & Bar were not busy, it took the servers a bit of time to come to us after being seated. We were told at the end of our stay that they will have the hotel renovated prior to our next conference July 2018, so am looking forward to seeing that happen for our next visit. All in all is was an okay stay.

We stayed here for the weekend of the Half Iron Man world championship. The hotel and city were therefore very busy. However we were able to get the room types we wanted and had a good stay.

I am a regular Marriott customer and the service was, in general, of the usual friendly, high standard. Adjacent parking was great. The hotel itself is a little dated, and the noise level from adjacent rooms higher than I expected, but the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but rather short of the healthy options which triathletes (and their families) generally like: fruit, muesli/cereals etc.

The hotel made a real effort to accommodate the needs of the athletes - especially the early breakfast on race days, and the desk staff were very helpful with advice and directions. The breakfast staff struggled a little with service, and the staff seemed stretched by the full occupancy. A good base for our visit nevertheless.

We booked this hotel at the last minute while visiting Chattanooga. Despite the large crowd due to Ironman and families fleeing from Hurricane Irma, check in was quick and easy, the room was awesome, and the food in the restaurant was great! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the staff could not have been friendlier!

This was a fantastic hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. For example, my bag was lost by the airline and on the second morning I awoke to find a note under the door saying that it had been delivered through the night. The room was extremely clean and well appointed (we've noticed that no hotel rooms have fridges these days), but best of all, the hotel was quiet. That is a massive feat because it was full. The Ironman World Championships were on and hurricane Irma victims were also in town, but you wouldn't have known anyone else was staying there from the lack of noise. This hotel was a pleasant 20 - 25 minute walk to everything, or you could catch the free electric shuttle bus right outside the door. The icing on the cake was a first class diner right across the road, open 24 hours and serving fantastic, well priced food. I loved this hotel and would stay here again in a flash.
