Traveling with 2 children aged 8 and 11 and knowing they can be fuss I tried to be very precise in my ordering (I speak good French). Both ordered burgers from the childrens menu and I specifically said, no mayo, onion, sauce, cheese, nothing, just a burger in the bun and asked for ketchup on the side. Burgers arrived with cheese and thousand island style dressing. So had to be sent back. Drinks included in meal but not diet coke, just coke so I said I would pay the extra and they said they couldn't do it. Finally, they agreed with a supplement.
The food was just so so, my salad accompaniment was limp, brown lettuce which I mentioned but was just given a shrug.
The main thing was we were served by 3 different people. The first took the order and seemed to be okay. Although not very flexible in changing things, i.e. can I have salad instead of chips. Had to go ask someone, but a different person came back to take the rest of the order. When things arrived that were not right (ie burgers) the young boy put them down on the table and left them to go find someone to ask. A different girl came back (not the first one) and seem to be efficient. It was like we were being served by 3 trainees who had no-one else there to guide them.
The veal was quite nice but not the salad that came with it.
