The menu had lots of great options for creative rolls as well as the classics. They also had a number of regular dishes and appetizers as well. They have a lighted board near the sushi bar that has a list of all of the fish brought in that day. Which is awesome, in case you prefer to order based on what will be the freshest fish.
Our waitress was very nice and got our order pretty quickly, which was nice on a Saturday evening. We ordered a seaweed salad and a couple of the specialty rolls. The seaweed salad was very good. But oddly, it was placed on top of a regular salad. I ate the generous portion of seaweed salad on top and actually ate a little bit of the regular salad on the bottom. It was not bad. 2 salads in 1! The rolls were very delicious combinations. Mine had shrimp tempura, mango and avacado with crab on the top. The ingredients were fresh even though we did not order any fish from the "fish in today" menu.
A note for anyone from out of town: This restaurant is located AT the mall, but not IN the mall. You access it from outside of the mall, even though it is attached.
