Overall the location is great, facilities okay but we were disappointed. However we did love the Chuckwagon dinner experience with real cowboys.
We arrived mid afternoon for our 4 night stay and had to wait over thirty minutes for someone to help us. Then they just room my name, handed me a packet with two key badges. No time to answer questions. There were four of us in a President's suite. The sofa bed could not be sleep in so other arrangements had to be made with pillows and a backpack mattress. Our ten year old grandson enjoyed the pool. The mini golf wad old, not maintained and not usable. The baked for basketball were totally wore out. Basically the 6 dollar daily use fee was not a value. Besides when in the Black Hills you will spend a lot of time touring.
