A friend and I took the 3 hour boat tour this weekend. Our guide, Tricia, was awesome. She was so knowledgeable about the history of the lake as well as the nature surrounding the lake. The lake itself is breathtaking. Tricia stopped so we could watch people jump off the rock face and we were able to swim. Then we pulled into a cove with a waterfall and we're able to get in the waterfall and swim in the area. She foraged along the shore to bring back interesting things we could look at. It was so entertaining and educational! The 3 hours flew by. A perfect way to spend a hot afternoon. We will be back!

Lake Jocassee is more than a pristine body of water with beautiful mountain views, and this tour will tell you about all of it! Cheryl was an amazing guide with a passion for the preservation of the lake’s living things AND its legendary story. We swam, did some cliff jumping and splashed in some waterfalls. A great way to experience this area of South Carolina! We will be back!

We had a great experience on our lake tour. The tour guide was amazing. We stopped at beautiful waterfalls and took some time to get off of the boat and explore one of the larger ones. Jocassee is a beautiful lake with such pretty views. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and really interacted with our group. It was just a great day!

The tour company and their team made our day so enjoyable. The lake is an amazing place to visit.

Maddie was our guide, she is fun, knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is addictive. She is a trained forestry expert who loves the area and the lake. We learned so much on our tour, yet she provided the perfect balance of fun, adventure and information. She interacted with all levels and ages on our tour. Everyone from the company went above and beyond to make our day easy and fun.

Lake Jocassee is an amazing marvel, everyone should visit. It has been wonderful to learn that everyone we spoke with, locals and visitors alike, have so much love, respect and awe for this place.

Go see why lake jocassee is so revered and book a tour with Jocassee Lake Tours.

We recently stayed at Devils Fork State Park and took this tour. Excellent experience on 4-hour tour of lake Jocassee. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the lake and the surrounding area. We stopped at several different waterfalls and were given time to swim as well. I highly recommend this tour!!
