Same experience as the other people. The room was not the same as viewed on line. The setup was completely different. We were excited to stay at the Palace because the room we chose online had the bed facing a huge window that faced the ocean. We were looking forward to laying on the bed and looking at the ocean. The room we got was the one where the bed is stuffed in a small cubby hole. When we went to the front desk, I received room keys to four different rooms to see if one of them might be the one we saw online. All those rooms were the same as the one with the bed in the cubby hole. The next day we asked a housekeeper which room would be the one we saw online (figuring housekeeping would surely know). She did not know either but showed us a room to the side of the building that had a bedroom separate from the living room. We decided to move there, and still had a great view of the ocean. The bed was HORRIBLE in both rooms! We were sore for most of the day each day we stayed. We tried the sofa bed, same thing!! OUCH!
The room was clean but outdated and staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good.
We will not stay again.

Hotel is older, room had a lot to be desired. The bed mattress was horrible! The free breakfast was okay. The view of the ocean was the only thing good about the stay! Wouldn't recommend or stay there again.

When we walked into the room we were assigned, it was very different from the online picture of the Ocean Front Sun Suite. We returned to the desk, where the staff went to great lengths to find a room that met our needs. We learned that the units are privately owned and decorated differently. The room we ended up with was fine.

The free breakfast was seved in a very clean and bright area with a view of the ocean. The menu varied each day and the food was always hot and well prepared.

Clean, tidy and well maintained, we would stay there again.

My wife and I rented a 2 bedroom condo from the owner through craigslist.
The listing from the owner said everything was all inclusive including free breakfast. As we checked in we were told there is housekeeping fees but upon showing the printed advertisement the attendent waived them. In the morning we went to enjoy the free breakfast only to find guests booked through the front desk or condo owners are allowed free breakfast but upon talking to the Manager he understood our position and gave it to us. The service is excellent and the location is wonderful. The Palace is a little dated but clean and tidy
