It was a great location. The property needs a little updating. The electricity for one lights were turn on and not turn off, that was a fire hazard and needs to be checked out. The maintenance staff needs to learn to return a phone call when a message is left for them that was very unprofessional and makes you feel like they don't care about there customers staying in the property. There was no wifi offered in the room even though its one of the amenities that are offered when booking the property. We were asked to wait to check in to the property because they were cleaning it. When we went to the property we found it not cleaned as they said it should be, we found fingernail clippings in the bedroom among other things. The microwave did not work. In the contract it says a welcome package of toiletries is offered so get you started that was not given to us. The property was in a great area and my family would love to come back but I'm not sure this particular place would be on our list, we would most likely stay somewhere else.
To many stairs to climb after getting off the elevator.
It was a rainy cold few days stay in Myrtle Beach, but there still were plenty of things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay in the spacious pelican's watch condo! =)
The place had plenty of space for the weekend, great location, walking distance from beach and a fun little bar. The linen was left in a bag for us to make up the beds; for the $90 cleaning fee that people have to pay it would be nice to have the beds already made when guests arrive. The comforters and furntiture were very old and outdated.
